1. The prize draw is open to all residents in the UK and Eire, with the exception of employees of the promoter, their immediate families and anyone else connected with this promotion. If entry details specify a minimum or maximum age limit for entry, then the entry is further restricted to entrants above or below that age (as specified).

2. Entries must be received by the closing date set out in the relevant prize draw details. The promoter accepts no responsibility for any entries that are incomplete, illegible or fail to reach the promoter by the relevant closing date for any reason.

3. Only one entry per person per prize draw.

4. To enter the draw click through from the Penguin home page to the relevant draw, and follow the instructions.

5. Winners will be selected by pulling entries out of a hat. The decision of the promoter as to winners will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

6. Details of prizes are stated in the prize draw promotion information. The prizes are not transferable and there is no cash alternative to prizes.

7. The winners will be notified by email within 4 weeks of the closing date.

8. To obtain a list of winners for any prize draw please email competitions@penguin.co.uk stating the name of the prize draw in the subject heading 4 weeks after the closing date.

9. The promoter will use any data submitted by entrants only for the purposes of running the prize draw, unless otherwise stated in the entry details.

10. The winners agree to take part in reasonable post event publicity and to the use of their names and photographs in such publicity.
